Ever since she was a young girl, Maureen always was interested in the ocean. Her favorite spot was the local aquarium, and she would also watch the fish in her family's fish tank at home. She would even beat her little brother Wiley at marine trivia. She even dyed her hair into ocean colors! In short, she's always been one with the sea.
Her relationship with her little brother is a good one. She often helps him out whenever she can, and always cheers him up whenever he's sad. She doesn't do well around blood, though. After the "incident" as she calls it, she often faints whenever she sees blood. She hopes to get over it. Nevertheless, Maureen is ready to take on any challenge with a smile on her face! She hops aboard the boat called Total Drama in the hopes that her oceaniac skills do come in some use.
