Since everyone's been doing it, I thought I might as well show you some info involving Malika from Region Trotters: Kanto Catastrophes!

Personality: Kind-Hearted, but when she sees cuteness, she becomes a whole different person, calling the cuteness all sorts of cute names.

Likes: Cuteness, video games, cuteness, piercings, cuteness, tattoos, cuteness, the gothic lifestyle, cuteness, her Pokemon, cuteness, brocolli… Did I mention cuteness?

Dislikes: When cuteness is used for evil, explosions, people calling her evil thanks to her race, spicy foods, Pokemon being abused, cruel people, Rhyperior, and the Koffing line. (Related to explosions)

Strengths: She's quite skilled when it comes to darkness, being she's a goth. She also has a rather high pain treshold, due to having gotten a few tattoos and body piercings.

Weaknesses: However, her love of cuteness can get in the way… She just can't contain herself at times.

Background:

Growing up in a Pokemon version of the Middle East, Malika was more or less your everyday girl at the age of 5… Up until some terrorists attacked her town, with their Koffings poisoning the townsfolk. Any that survived the poisoning were then either had their skulls stomped underfoot by the leader's Rhyperior, or had their bodies drilled through. Malika's family fled, all while many residents died left and right. They soon got to an airport accepting refugees to get away from the onslaught. But a Weezing attacked from behind Malika… Malika's parents weren't having any of that, as they left at the Weezing and told Malika to run. She did so, and looked back to see the Weezing use a powerful Explosion, killing the parents instantly and leaving the now sobbing Malika an orphan…

Now living in the Alola Region and having gotten adopted, Malika was usually babysat by a kindhearted goth girl. Her influence had Malika take up the gothic lifestyle when she got older, and even though some people mistake her dark clothing for someone from Team Skull, she says that she isn't a part of that team. (Helps that she walks normally.) She still has nightmares of that day she lost her parents. As of where her love of cuteness came from? She was staying in an orphanage where its mascot was a Komala hugging the world. That single picture helped keep her calm during that dark time, and she eventually got a replica of the logo inked on her leg.

As for how she got her starter? She and her parents was having a picnic in the Lush Jungle when Malika was 10, as a Bounsweet leapt into her arms, scared out of its mind. It soon came apparent, as a Yungoose was stalking it. Defeating the Yungoose swiftly, Malika and her family ran to the Pokemon Center and had the Bounsweet treated. But the Bounsweet has taken a liking to Malika, and Malika decided to make the Bounsweet her partner.

Audition Tape:

Malika is in a nearby route, setting up a camera. She gives off a sweet smile, as her Bounsweet is nearby.

“So, Bounsweet? Is it recording?” Malika asked.

“Sweet!” Bounsweet answered back.

“Cool. Okay! My name's Malika, and I'm sending in this audition for the next Total Drama! Yeah, I know you probably get a million auditions with someone who's goth, but trust me: I am WAY different than them! I got heart! Soul! And a love of black eyeliner!” Malika explained.

“Go, Chansey!” A voice cried out in the distance, as Malika's smile developed into a huge grin.

“Oooohhh!!!!!” Malika squeed out loud, as she took the camera, and ran to where the battle was taking place at.

“Boun...” Bounsweet shook her head, having seen it before, as she watched Malika set the camera down.

“Awwwww!!!!! That Chansey is so cute and fluffy and kooshy!!!” Malika cooed out loud. “Come on! You can do it! Do it for him! And you can do it again!”

“Er… Ma'am? Is that camera supposed to be running?” The Chansey's trainer asked out loud.

Malika looked over at the camera. “Ooooooohhhh… Yeah, I kinda get a bit nutzy when any sorts of cuteness is involved… Sorry about that!”

She then smiled at the camera.

“So, now that you know what I'm capable of… You can choose me if you want.” Malika offered.

“Bounsweet!” Bounsweet chirped out loud as well, as the video ended.

Fun Facts:

* Malika was gonna have a full head of hair, but CoGreen asked me if he could give it a side-cut. So, I gave him the okay.
* Even though her official art doesn't show it, Malika has 6 piercings in her ears, a bellybutton piercing, and a nose piercing.
* As for her tattoos, she has a Komala hugging what appears to be the planet Earth on her right ankle, the Adoption symbol on her left ankle, a Pokeball in front of a tribal design on her lower back, an Alolan Persian on top of a ball of yarn on her left arm, and a Duskull on her right arm.
* Malika was gonna start with a Steene, due to how adorable it is. It would be wearing an Everstone, due to it wanting to keep its cute appearance.
* Malika was busy playing video games the night Lush Jungle got scorched in Alolan Adventures. We... Don't talk about that night.

Pokemon Choices

Grass - Was always gonna be Bounsweet right from the get-go. They're just so adorable!

Fairy - Cutiefly would be her starter. Would you expect anything less from Malika? It has the word 'Cutie' in its name! XD

Water - Pyumukumu, most likely. She would want to let everyone know how awesome Pyumukumu can really be, despite tourists disliking them for... Well, reasons.

Normal - Happiny. Small body, ponytail, blush stickers? To Malika, she's all 'Hell yes!'

Ice - Snorunt would be her starter choice. She would go for a female one, and evolve it to Froslass.
